Call for Participants: Living Relentlessly – A Leadership Workshop

 

Brief Introduction

 

Being an effective leader requires a high level of self-awareness and grit. Developing resilience through the ups and downs of life can contribute to building our character and help us become better leaders (and partners – in business and personal life). In this workshop, we’ll discuss key components of resilience and how they relate to our leadership development. The workshop will be interactive and will require group engagement (when desired).

 

Objective

 

The objective of this workshop is to expand your knowledge of resilience and analyze how it is correlated to your leadership skills. By the end of the workshop, you’ll have a deeper understanding of how your sense of resilience relates to your leadership style.

 

Participants

 

This workshop is for any women who wants to learn more about themselves and the art of leadership. This workshop is recommended for Somali young women whose age is above 18 years and living in and outside of Somalia.
