Hawa Feminist Coalition is a membership-based organization that believes in the collective power of Somali young women and girls and works together to end the prevailing patriarchal norms, systematic discrimination, exclusion, and injustice against young women and girls in Somalia.

Who can become a member of Hawa Feminist Coalition?

Membership to Hawa Feminist Coalition is open to any Somali young woman or girl under the age of 35 who believes in the principles of feminism and explicitly supports the mission and vision of this movement, Hawa Feminist Coalition.

You are joining the first and only feminist membership movement and community, participating in grassroots feminist organizing, and contributing to a collective power that is deeply rooted in feminist activism working across Somalia, based on solidarity and sisterhood.
